We faced a serious SQL database issue that needed urgent attention, but the software they provided just didn’t cut it. With no time to waste, we opted to start over with the database. When we requested the 'refund' as per their 'Money-back guarantee', instead of processing it, they wanted me to figure out why their solution failed. That’s definitely not my job. In the end, we ended up losing $299 for nothing. WATCH OUT FOR FRAUD!

I recently got the OML tool to move calendar entries into ICS files, but it’s not functioning right - I couldn’t import a lot of the entries, and their support team is refusing to give me a refund. They even claim to offer refunds within 30 days, which is just plain false advertising. I found it on this site: macuncle.

I gotta admit, I had some doubts about RecoveryTools/Bitrecover, but man, they are super quick to respond and there’s really no other software like Kerio Migrator at this price. And let me tell ya, being affordable doesn’t mean it’s not dependable. I’ve completed nearly all my Kerio to M365 migrations using Kerio Migrator. The one time I didn’t, it turned into a total nightmare with all those PST exports and imports.

Honestly, if you’re considering Kerio Migrator, go for it! I handle the mail with 365 IMAP migration, and then during a cutover weekend, I rely on Kerio Migrator for just the Contacts, Calendars, and Task items.
